1. Privacy Policy
All information
that you provide to us is confidential. We do not sell lists or give out
your information to anybody. WE WILL NEVER GIVE OUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPRESS CONSENT.
2. Cancellation
Policy, Rules, and Regulations
- We charge the full balance at
the time of reservation if the balance is less than $250, if the
balance is more, we charge 30% deposit at the time of reservation
and is non-refundable. We will refund 70% if you cancel more than 30
days in advance.
Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are
non-refundable and non-changeable. The remaining balance is due at
the date of service. If you require special arrangements please let
us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
- The charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
FOR CRUISE SHIP SHUTTLE SERVICE.
- All balances are due 30 days in
advance.
- The full fare plus gratuity
will also be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated
pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your
chauffeur, call Alaska Cruise Transfer at 1-888-257-8527. To avoid
being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without
contacting us. You must contact us by phone.
- Alaska Cruise Transfer cannot
be held responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to
Mother Nature or to circumstances beyond our control.
- Alaska Cruise Transfer does not
guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for reservation changes.
- Shuttle service is always
prepaid with the credit card, if you would like to pay by cash we
will return the amount charged to your credit card after you pay
cash.
- Gratuities are never included
in our prices, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.
Customary amount is 15%.
In no event shall Alaska Cruise
Transfer
or its employees, directors, agents, or any other representatives be
liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special,
consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of
action) arising out of (i) use of the service by any person, including
but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays,
inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information and content
accessed over the service, (ii) any use or inability to use the service
for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure
or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information
accessed through the service, or (iii) any goods or services discussed,
purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the service, in
each case even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
