 You must receive an order number from us otherwise your service is not confirmed
There will be NO other confirmation after you receive it via e-mail. The vehicle will be waiting for you at the specified location at the reserved time, we do NOT call before coming. If you feel you need to confirm your reservation, please feel free to call us with your order number, if you can't get anyone please leave a message that you are at the reserved location ready for your pick up. Do NOT leave without contacting us or you will be billed as a no show. Taxes and fees for excessive luggage may apply.

   

Cancellation Policy

 There is a 30% deposit due at the time of reservation for reservation of $250 or more. If it is less than $250, we charge the full balance. If you cancel 30 or more days in advance, you will get 70% back. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the service. If you require special arrangements please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
